Delivery and payment

Orders are shipped by courier or, for pallet quantities such as photovoltaic panels, by a pallet freight service. The method is selected automatically based on the weight and dimensions of the order and is shown before the order is confirmed.

Each product page states the dispatch time in working days. The time is counted from the moment the payment is credited to our account, not from the moment the order is placed. Where an order contains several products with different dispatch times, the longest one applies unless a partial shipment is agreed.

The delivery cost depends on the weight, the dimensions and the destination country. The exact amount is calculated in the basket before the order is confirmed, so no shipping cost is ever added afterwards.

Payment is made by bank transfer. The recipient, IBAN and SWIFT are shown during checkout and repeated in the order confirmation email. The order number must be used as the payment title so that the transfer can be matched to the order automatically.

A VAT invoice is issued for every order. Business customers should provide the company name and the tax identification number during checkout. For intra-community supplies with a valid EU VAT number, the reverse-charge procedure can be applied at checkout.

Smaller quantities may be collected in person from the warehouse after prior arrangement. The collection address and the opening hours are on the contact page.
