Who can buy

The shop sells to businesses and to consumers. Some products are sold in minimum quantities stated on the product page.

Prices

Prices are shown both gross and net. The price binding for an order is the one displayed at the moment the order is placed.

Contract

The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order by email.

Content of the terms and conditions

#1 General provisions

  1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the online shop and for concluding sales contracts through it.
  2. The shop is operated by Soltech Group Sp. z o. o., whose registered office and registration details are published on the contact page.
  3. Contact with the shop is possible by email and by telephone using the details given on the contact page, during the stated opening hours.

#2 Placing an order

  1. Products are added to the basket, and the order is placed by completing the checkout form and confirming it with the order button.
  2. Placing an order requires the acceptance of these terms and conditions and of the privacy policy.
  3. An order may be placed with or without registering a customer account. A registered account keeps the order history and delivery details for future purchases.
  4. After the order is placed, an email confirming receipt is sent. Acceptance of the order for processing is confirmed separately.
  5. Some products are supplied in package quantities. Where a minimum quantity applies, it is stated on the product page and enforced in the basket.

#3 Prices and payment

  1. All prices are given in the currency selected in the shop and are presented both as net and as gross amounts including VAT.
  2. The price binding for the parties is the price displayed at the moment the order is placed.
  3. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account given during checkout and repeated in the order confirmation.
  4. The order number must be given as the payment title so the payment can be matched to the order.
  5. Goods are dispatched after the payment has been credited, unless individually agreed payment terms apply.

#4 Delivery

  1. Delivery is made to the address given in the order, within the countries listed at checkout.
  2. The delivery time stated on the product page is counted in working days from the crediting of the payment.
  3. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer on delivery, except where the buyer is a consumer, in which case it passes in accordance with the applicable law.
  4. The condition of the shipment should be checked on receipt. Visible transport damage should be recorded with the carrier.

#5 Right of withdrawal

  1. A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. The period runs from the day the goods are received by the consumer or by a third party indicated by the consumer.
  3. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal before it expires.
  4. The goods should be returned immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts listed in the applicable consumer legislation, including goods made to the customer's specification.

#6 Complaints

  1. Goods sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and by statutory liability for defects.
  2. A complaint should be submitted using the contact details on the contact page and should include the order number and a description of the defect.
  3. Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt.
  4. The detailed procedure is described on the returns and complaints page.

#7 Final provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the generally applicable provisions of law apply.
  2. The shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Orders placed before an amendment are carried out under the terms in force at the time they were placed.
  3. The current version of the terms and conditions is always available on this page.
