List of frequently asked questions

What is the shipping time at the Soltech Store?

Standard shipping time is 1 to 4 business days from the moment we receive your payment. The courier's delivery time from the moment we receive your shipment is usually 1 to 3 business days for shipments abroad.

Is it possible to collect goods ordered in person at the Soltech Store?

We use warehouses in various regions, so please contact us to check the availability and location of personal collection for a specific product.

How does personal collection of goods ordered from the Soltech Store work, and are there any additional costs involved?

For customers or business partners collecting goods in person, we prepare the order for release in the agreed warehouse. There is no additional charge for collection in person; you only pay for the goods themselves. Where an order requires a specific loading method, please let us know in advance so that the right equipment is available.

Is it possible to purchase only one or a few products from the Soltech Store?

There is no minimum order value. Please note that for logistical reasons, some products — panels in particular — are only sold in full pallets, because transporting a partial pallet risks damage in transit.

How do I find out the cost of shipping from the Soltech Store?

The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the basket. Enter the products and quantities you need and the delivery cost is shown before you confirm the order.

Which courier or forwarding company handles deliveries from the Soltech Store?

We work with a number of carriers, including pallet and parcel operators. The choice depends on the size and weight of the shipment and on the delivery address.

What happens if the goods ordered from the Soltech Store arrive damaged?

Please inspect the shipment on receipt in the presence of the driver. If the packaging shows any sign of damage, ask for a damage report to be drawn up and signed — that report is what allows a transport claim to be settled.

How many modules fit on a pallet?

Standard pallets hold around 31 modules. Where an order includes several pallets, the number per pallet is confirmed on the order documents.

What payment methods are available at the Soltech Store?

The Soltech Store supports the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Fast online transfers
  • Card payment
  • BLIK
  • Cash on delivery (subject to arrangement)

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

How can I be sure I will receive the goods I ordered from the Soltech Store when paying in advance?

The company operates on the basis of registered business activity and issues a VAT invoice for every sale. Purchases at the Soltech Store are secured by applicable consumer and commercial law, and the company details, tax number and registration number are published on this website and in the public register.

Will a VAT invoice for an order placed at the Soltech Store be included with the shipment?

The VAT invoice is issued electronically and sent to the email address given on the order, which speeds up delivery of the document.

Why do we not receive a warranty card for the products we purchase?

The documentation confirming the warranty is issued by the manufacturer and is available electronically. In most cases the invoice is the document required to make a warranty claim.

Can I get a rebate or discount on goods, or on installation? Do prices change depending on the amount I buy?

Yes, the pricing at the Soltech Store depends on the quantity ordered. Larger volumes qualify for better terms; contact us with your requirements and we will prepare an individual quotation.

Can I get technical support — for example, on panels, inverters, optimisers, or construction — from the Soltech Store?

Yes. Our technical team supports installers with component selection, system design and troubleshooting. Contact us with the details of your project.

How do I make a complaint about goods bought from the Soltech Store, and what if the goods have already been installed?

Complaints are handled on the basis of the invoice and a description of the fault. Provide the invoice number, the product serial numbers, a description of the problem and photographs where possible. If the goods have already been installed, include the installation details as well.

What documents do I need to provide in order to complete an order with the Soltech Store?

For a private purchase the order details are enough. For a business purchase we need the company name, address and tax identification number so that the invoice can be issued correctly.

What does an installation qualification include, and how much does it cost?

Scope and price depend on the size and type of the installation. Contact us with your project and we will prepare a quotation.

We want to install an installation ourselves but do not have the qualifications. Is it possible to buy the installation from the Soltech Store?

Yes, you can buy components without holding installation qualifications. Bear in mind that connecting an installation to the grid requires an authorised installer and the appropriate documentation.

Can a private individual — not a business — buy from the Soltech Store?

Yes, the Soltech Store sells to both businesses and private individuals. The purchase process and the payment methods are the same.

Is it possible to buy an installation with assembly from the Soltech Store?

Yes. We can arrange a complete service: component supply, delivery and installation by an authorised team. Contact us and we will match the scope to your project.

Which companies offer favourable terms of cooperation to photovoltaic wholesalers?

We work with installation companies and contractors on individual terms. The more regular the cooperation, the better the terms we are able to offer.

Where can I order a complete PV installation?

Complete kits — panels, inverter, mounting system and accessories — can be ordered directly from the store, or assembled for you by our technical team.

Where is the best place to buy parts for a photovoltaic installation?

Buying from a wholesaler with a wide range of stocked components means shorter delivery times, consistent quality and one point of contact for technical support and any warranty claim.

Which companies offer comprehensive solutions for renewable energy installations, energy storage and equipment?

A company offering a full range of renewable energy products covers photovoltaic panels, inverters, energy storage systems, heat pumps and mounting structures, along with technical advice and after-sales support.

Which company offers photovoltaic solutions with technical assistance, fast support and a wide selection of products?

Look for a supplier that combines a broad, in-stock product range with real technical support — component selection, system design and prompt help when something needs resolving on site.
